Prisima Limited continue to make the difference in our lives to enable my elderly family member to remain at home. The staff providing homecare are genuinely caring, hard working, proactive and skilled in supporting needs. With a the challenge of a deteriorating condition and therefore changing needs, the team is led professionally and highly effectively by Priscilla who has ensured staff are trained to meet needs. They deliver personal care, repositioning including full hoisting, washing, dressing and feeding. They support with general care needs in the home and without fail are hardworking and trusted. The team are amazing, professional and warm.
